Description:
THE PROPOSED PROJECT FOR EACH SCHOOL WILL PROVIDE A SAFE LOBBY AREA BY PROVIDING SECURED DOORS TO PREVENT GUESTS FROM HEADING DOWN THE HALLWAY TO THE CLASSROOMS WITHOUT CHECKING IN AT THE RECEPTION DESK. ONCE THE GUEST IS AUTHORIZED, THE STAFF WILL BE ABLE TO BUZZ THE GUEST THROUGH THE NEW HALLWAY DOORS BY AN ACTIVATION BUTTON NEAR THE RECEPTION DESK. THE PROJECT WILL ALSO INCLUDE ADDING A GLAZED TRANSACTION WINDOW AT THE RECEPTION DESK TO PROVIDE SAFETY TO THE STAFF.

Pre Bid Walkthrough:
There is a non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough for all bidders on March 20th at 9:00 am at Irrigon Elementary School.
Bid Location:
Bids will be received and opened at Fowler General Construction, 2161 Henderson Loop Rd, Richland, WA 99354, in the conference room.
Bid Time:
Bids are due at April 9 @ 2:00pm, unless noted otherwise or changed via addenda, at the location listed above. Official Bid clock will be identified and visible inside the building.
